SalesCRM ("we", "us", "our") operates a business management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform. Please read this policy carefully.

1 Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create a merchant or staff account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name. Merchants may also provide business address, logo, and other business profile details.

Business Data

We store the business data you input into the Platform, including customer records, product catalogs, sales transactions, purchase orders, inventory data, expense records, payroll information, and related files and attachments.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions performed. This helps us improve the Platform and diagnose issues.

Communication Data

If you connect WhatsApp Business or Instagram through our integrations, messages and conversation data exchanged through those channels are processed and stored within the Platform to facilitate your business operations.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and improve the Platform; (b) authenticate users and enforce security; (c) process and display your business data as requested; (d) send transactional notifications (e.g., password resets, system alerts); (e) respond to your support inquiries; (f) comply with legal obligations; (g) analyze usage patterns to improve features and user experience.

3 Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: (a) Service Providers — trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure, file storage via Cloudinary, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements; (b) Integration Partners — when you connect WhatsApp, Instagram, OpenAI, or shipping services, data necessary for those integrations is shared with the respective providers subject to their own privacy policies; (c) Legal Requirements — when required by law, court order, or governmental authority; (d) Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4 Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers using PostgreSQL databases. File attachments are stored via Cloudinary, a secure cloud storage provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security monitoring. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5 Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services including: WhatsApp Business API (Meta), Instagram Graph API (Meta), OpenAI (AI processing), Cloudinary (file storage), and Bluex (shipping). When you enable these integrations, your data may be transmitted to and processed by these third parties. Each integration is subject to the respective provider's privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you enable.

6 Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated session while using the Platform. These are essential cookies required for the Platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Session data is stored in our database and expires when you log out or after a period of inactivity.

7 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: (a) Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; (b) Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements; (d) Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format; (e) Objection — object to certain processing of your data. 8 Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
