Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SalesCRM platform ("Platform", "Service") operated by SalesCRM ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SalesCRM, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2 Use of the Platform

SalesCRM provides business management tools including sales tracking, inventory management, customer relationship management, purchase management, payroll processing, and integrations with third-party services such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and shipping providers. The Platform is intended for legitimate business use only. You agree not to use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3 Accounts and Access

To use the Platform, you or your merchant account holder must register and maintain an active account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the Platform or other users. Merchant accounts may grant access to sub-users (staff) with role-based permissions as configured by the merchant.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or messages that violate WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other platform's terms of service; (b) upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform; (e) use the Platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations; (f) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5 Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data of your customers that you process through the Platform is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining necessary consents.

6 Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, content, features, and functionality, is owned by SalesCRM and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Platform.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SalesCRM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8 Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Platform poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
